For this Steampunk ring, I chose a beautiful, satin silver, vintage Swiss, mechanical watch movement, and for the pièce de résistance – – I added genuine Amethyst Swarovski crystals. What a wonderful piece of statement jewelry!!
The ring bases that I use for all of my rings are of high quality (American made and fashioned from vintage patterns). For this Steampunk Ring, the vintage watch movement has been securely mounted to an antiqued silver plated over brass filigree ring that is extremely ornate in a Victorian style and very fashionable, yet very comfortable to wear!
