There will be no additional cost to you. In this case, orders will be shipped either via “USPS First Class” or “USPS Priority” to USA destinations, or via USPS “First Class International” to the other countries mentioned above.
For Canada and all other International Customer: Package will be shipped from Canada via the regular shipping method from Canada Post.

For free or regular shipping, the estimated delivery time to major urban centres during NON-HOLIDAY season is as follows (excluding the time it takes to process your order):
USA: 1.5 – 3 weeks (by Canada Post’s Small Packet USA Air, or USPS Priority). Tracking is included for Priority but not for Small Packet USA Air. The USPS Priority is not always available, please inquire prior to purchase if you have a preference.
CANADA (by Exp. Parcel™, with Tracking Number & $100 Coverage):

EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL is available for an additional $52-$65 (3-8 bus. days) with tracking number to most countries via Canada Post’s “Xpresspost International” service. Coverage up to $100 is included. Exception: For some countries such as Russia, India, expedited shipping is only available for an additional $90.00 – $141 USD (ship via “Priority Worldwide” service).
► All orders that had their shipping services upgraded will be shipped out in 1 business day after payment for shipping upgrade fees is received.
► Packages are shipped using Canada Post (or USPS for selective case). Free delivery confirmation is available for shipping to Canada. If you require a tracking number, please consider one of the shipping upgrades (see shipping upgrade section).

► Business Day is defined as Monday – Friday (excluding Saturday & Sunday & Public Holidays). Any order placed after 3:30 pm EST / EDT is considered an order placed on the next business day.
► The processing time is the time it takes before your order is shipped out. It is not the same as shipping time. For shipping time estimates, please see expected delivery time section or shipping upgrade section.
► A shipping notification will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
INSURANCE & COVERAGE:
Shipping insurance is not included when the package is shipped via free shipping or regular shipping to USA and International. If you want to purchase coverage on the package, you must select a faster shipping service that offers the option of purchasing additional insurance (e.g. Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority). Please see our “Express Shipping Upgrade” shop section for shipping upgrades selection for more details. Coverage up to $100 USD is included for shipping to Canada and additional insurance coverage can be purchased at $1.80 per $100 USD of Value.
Lost Package & Package Damaged In Transit:
In the event of package lost or damage in transit occurred, compensation / refund will only be given if a claim is submitted to Canada Post / USPS Post office and the post office confirmed or deemed the package is lost / damaged in transit after investigation.
Canada Post or USPS (the shipping carrier) may investigate claims for loss package and we ask for the buyers’ cooperation with the investigation (if any). Cooperation from buyer may include photos of the damaged packaging, damaged items, and evidence if Customs has opened the package for inspection. Compensations / refund for a lost package or damaged package will only be issued after Canada Post / USPS has deemed the package is lost. Due to the regulation of Canada Post, a lost package claim can only be filed 45 days after the item is shipped out (or 60 days in the case of international shipment). If buyer refuse to cooperate with the post office investigation, or doesn’t respond to request for damage package photos, we will not refund the buyer in this case.
Any order or shipping address that is previously associated with a lost package or return to sender package from our store will have to be shipped with tracking, Buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping with tracking (USA: $35 USD, Canada: $9 – $12.50 USD, International $13 – $60 USD). We reserve the right to refuse accepting order if there are risks of a second package lost.
Returned Mail:
If a package was returned to us by the Post Office because there is an error / incomplete information in the shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer failed to pick up the package from their local post office, or the buyer refused to pay for Customs fees & taxes, the buyer is responsible for and the actual cost associated with resending the package to the recipient with tracking (USA: $35 USD, Canada: $9 – $12.50 USD, International $11 – $60 USD).
If the buyer of the returned mail refuses to pay for the shipping cost associated with re-sending the package, order cancellation is only granted at the discretion of the shop manager. If an order cancellation with refund is granted, both actual shipping cost of the original shipment AND any charges the post office and shipping carrier charge us for returning the package to our shop will be deducted from the refund. Examples of actual shipping cost for free or regular shipping are $6-$8 for USA, $9-$14 for International, $9 – $12.50 for Canada. Examples of return to sender fees are $5 if the package was returned via Chit Chats Express Inc, or the same cost as the actual shipping cost of the original shipment if the package was returned via Canada Post.
CUSTOMS DECLARATION:
All packages shipped will have their actual values declared at Customs. We cannot mark off the item below value or mark items as commercial sample.
Important: An order can be declared as a gift only if it is shipped to a third party recipient (different name and last name) and the shipping address is different from the billing address. The Canada Post office does not accept insurance claim for lost package that is marked off as a gift.
DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS, CUSTOMS FEES:
Buyer is responsible for duties, tariffs, and taxes (Customs fees). Please check duties and tariffs with your country’s customs office prior to buying. Customs fee is taxes and/or duties that the destination country charges the buyer for importing a good into their country or buying from outside the country. Customs fee is not the same as shipping fee and should not be confused with shipping fee. Customs fee is not included in the shipping fee we charged.
Important note to United Kingdom Customer(s): If the total value of your order is higher than £15 (or £36 for gift), you may incur VAT, Customs Fee, and / or Royal Mail handling fee.
If a package is returned to our shop from Customs of the destination country because the buyer / recipient of the package refused or failed to pay the Customs fee within the time frame indicated by customs, the buyer is responsible for the actual cost associated with re-sending the package and/or cost associated with the order cancellation outlined in the “Returned Mail” section of this policy.
CANADIAN SALE TAXES:
Canadian order will be charged sales taxes (HST or GST) at checkout:
HST for Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island.
GST for all other Canadian provinces or territories.
USA and International orders will not be charged any HST or GST taxes.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Note: If there is any special shipping instruction, please write them in the conversation box on Etsy during checkout (not on PayPal).
To avoid delay in processing your order or shipping to the wrong address, please ensure that the shipping address your entered on Etsy during checkout is the same as the shipping address you selected on PayPal during the payment process. All labels are automatically generated from PayPal’s shipping address.
Buyer is responsible for double checking and verifying the shipping address provided is correct on the etsy order confirmation email. If there is an error, please let us know before we ship out your order. Once the order is shipped and deposited in the post office, we wouldn’t be able to change the address.
