To avoid damage a ring mandrel should be used in any resizing.
We do the first sizing for you to ensure the strength of the ring.
It is recommended that a ring-mandrel be used to adjust because base metals are prone to breaking after repetitively being adjusted/subject to pressure. Plastic and metal mandrels are inexpensive at local craft stores. Pulling the sides apart and/or squeezing them together is an ineffective way to resize a ring, it will weaken the metal quicker and make it much more likely that the ring will break.

We package and ship most orders the same day they are received, all other orders ship out the next day. Our standard method of domestic shipping is USPS First-Class which usually takes about 2-5 days to be delivered anywhere within the United States. Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 days to be delivered and is a great inexpensive way to expedite shipping. Express Mail and other shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Tracking is provided on all shipments and signature confirmation options are also available at checkout.

Yes, all of our Jewelry is Nickel Free and Lead Free.
2. What if I don’t know my ring size?
You can go to a local jewelry store and they should be able to determine your ring size for you, free of charge. Or, you can follow the link below and follow the instructions carefully. Do not resize the image, print it exactly as it is or it will not produce accurate results. As long as you follow the instructions, this will give you three different ways to measure your ring size from home.
