All About Shipping
•Packages are shipped out within 3 – 7 days of purchase. If you are ordering an item and need to have it for a certain deadline, please allow at least 4 WEEKS for shipping. If you need a rush order and need expedited shipping, please contact us with the exact date that you need the item.
•We will ship to the etsy address provided. If you need it shipped elsewhere, please let us know in the notes area and send us a message
•Packages take around 2 – 4 weeks to arrive. We can’t guarantee a shipping date. Once we drop packages off at the post office, it’s out of our hands.
•IN CASE OF LOST PACKAGES – we’ll ship you a new item free of charge! YES! If a tracking number shows that it hasn’t arrived within 7 weeks, we’ll send you a new one.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds
In case of a damaged item, we will gladly replace it with a new one. No need to return the damaged item. If an item does not fit right, we’ll exchange it for a different size or style within 3 days of receiving the item.

In case of exchanging an item, there is a flat rate charge of $10 to cover shipping and handling. Please allow at least 2 – 4 weeks for us to process exchanges.
In a rare case of a refund, there is a 20% deductible fee from the final price of the item. This is to cover Paypal fees, Etsy fees, and handling fees.
