This 30mm pendant holds a 3/4" (20mm) Globe-shaped LED light made of translucent plastic and powered by 2 replaceable CR1220 batteries. The globe is water resistant and light is activated by opening the shell and removing the plastic tab (replacing tab or removing batteries deactivates light).
The LED globe light pulses in a steady and continuous pattern, a rich deep colour that glows and fades on and off. The NEW colour changing RBG globe remains lit while cycling through a spectrum of colors. The LED light provides up to 20 hours visibility in a dark room per battery change.

You can also get this style pendant with a glow in the dark bead/orb, made in our own shop with our special formula combining art resins and the highest intensity strontium aluminate phosphorescent glow pigments available, which can be recharged tens of thousands of times by exposure to natural and artificial light sources. You can also remove the LED or glow orb entirely and wear the locket to hold small keepsakes, fairy bell/chime or semi-precious gemstone beads (of your own, or we have many different semi-precious stones/birthstones/charms/bells/aromatherapy inserts available you can include in your set via a custom order).
We have many different pendant styles available in both Silver, 14K Gold and 18K Rose Gold, with light effects provided by resin glow orbs or battery-powered LED globes. Our Glow Orb's are non-toxic and water resistant, but they should not be used internally, nor should you expose your pendant to chemicals or abrasive cleaning methods. Use a silver polishing cloth when you need to give your pendant a shine, and if necessary to clean the internal glow orb, do so by rinsing it in spring/filtered water and buff dry with a soft cloth.
This is not a toy! Because of small parts, pendant, light and batteries may present a choking hazard, and are inappropriate for use by small children and pets.

We ship from California to addresses within the United States via Priority Mail with insurance and tracking, and via First-Class Package International Service with insurance (and delivery confirmation, if available) to the rest of the world. If you require a different shipping method or are shipping to a different country than the one on your account, please contact us for a shipping quote.
CHARGING YOUR UV RESIN GLOW ORB:
When fully charged, your Glow Orb pendant will glow brightly in the dark and emit a slight visible glow in normal room lighting. After being removed from the source charging it (sunlight, UV lamps, etc.), our Radioactive Green orbs will fade to a soft ambient glow that may remain visible to the human eye for up to 20 hours in complete darkness, while Cold Fusion Aqua and Seafoam Green Orbs may glow for up to 12 hours. Dark Matter Purple Orbs may glow for up to 6 hours. Re-exposure to a light source at any time (or even walking outdoors while wearing your pendant during the day) will charge it's glow.
Different light sources will provide different intensity of UV light to charge your glow orb. For strongest, longest glow, exposure to direct sunlight for 20 minutes will fully charge the glow material (orbs may be removed from the pendant to charge them directly under a light, but this is not necessary). At night or when on the go, a fluorescent lightbulb, LED or UV lamp/flashlight or keychain lights can be used to recharge your glow jewelry. Charging with regular incandescent lightbulbs is possible, but not recommended.
Do not allow your resin Glow Orb or Pendant to sit in contact with light source when charging or heat damage may occur!
BATTERY POWERED LED GLOBE LIGHT:
LED globes are powered by 2 replaceable CR1220 batteries. 2 batteries are included. We make no warranty as to how long they will last. With fresh batteries, the LEDs glow can remain visible to the human eye for up to 20 hours. We recommend buying replacement batteries to have ready when you plan to wear your pendant.
