– All decals are made of vinyl – high-quality adhesive material. It allows using a decal for many months without peeling off!
– We use the best paints, that don't fade for a long time.
Payment:
– We accept all major credit cards, PayPal.
– We do not accept money orders or checks.

Printing:
– All decals are made to order.
– Printing takes 3~5 days (message us if you need express shipping).
Shipping:
– Delivery time depends on the type of mailing. Standart delivery takes 11-14 business days.
– Please, check your address on Etsy profile before making a purchase. We’ ship the package to the address provided by Etsy, unless I receive the request in a Convo.
– We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
Refunds & Exchanges
– We accept exchanges and refunds only if decals arrived back to us unused. Otherwise, a buyer WILL NOT be refunded.
– A buyer is responsible for any extra shipping cost caused by return or exchange.
– Customized decals are refundable, only if there is a problem with the quality of print/decal. To get a refund or exchange, please, send us a photo and a message about your order.
– The price of a decal can be refunded once it is returned or at least when a customer provides us with a tracking number.
– A refund may take up to 7 business days.
If there are any changes to the order (model\print variation\name\image\color\background and so on) after 24 hours from the moment of purchasing the case, the shop isn't responsible for them anymore.
