Gorgeous mermaid under the sea mini top hat in white glitter with satin headband. 1 x hatpin adorning pearls beads & a star wand silver pendant sits amongst a white ostrich feather & 5 x blue rooster feathers. An open shell with a pearl inset sits below. Assorted shells sit on brim of hat with one placed on top surrounded by mini pearls. White & blue satin ribbons are tied around center of hat ties into bow at back which then trails down. A gold silver & blue metal mermaid hangs in front of hat swimming up to the top to reach the pearls. Stand out in this unique little mini hat.
