This is our latest version of the Mina gown from the movie Dracula. We have other versions in our etsy shop take a look.
This has the sleeves like the movie gown, and a fuller skirt with a ruffle added around the train. This is made from a lightweight taffeta fabric, so our mannequin photos show a dark red taffeta. We have other images in our etsy shop of a purple taffeta, and white…so you can see that fabric. We also make this in Silk Dupioni for around $ 1200-1250, also with lace trims added for extra.
But this listing is for a taffeta Mina gown with longer sleeves as shown in the photos. 2 of the movie photos are shown as well. We can get taffeta in tons of colors, you can do light like white, ivory, champagne…or any other color, black, purple, green, blue…etc.
This has a bodice that laces in back, grommets come in black, brass, silver or gold. We will include a modesty panel which gives you 2-4 inches extra so the bodice is adjustable. this is lined in a heavy satin, has interfacing, and some boning. this has ruffles added at neckline and bottom, a peplum in back…sleeves are like the movie gown, but we do sell another version with elbow length sleeves in our shop.
There is a separate underskirt with big ruffle and ruching around bottom, slightly longer in back. We will include a slip that has a hoop at the bottom, and a butt pillow. There is a drape apron in front that ties in back. The bustle ties around the waistline, has bustling in back, and we have added a ruffle around the train. We can include a choker necklace with black/silver medallion, or gold/ivory.
