Pocket hoops is a small bustle-like hip cage mounted either on tapes or waist Petersham.
This hoop needs to be cross stitches into the petticoat to keep them from collapsing or swinging around.
Also to give more skirt support in the pictures is showed pocket hoops in combination with a bum roll.

How long does it take to custom design a dress and/or accessories?
Times vary depending on what you are having created. For example, most Pageant dresses take 4-6 weeks although a more intricately designed dress could take 1.5 months. ***Always order early!**
I work on each outfit on a first come first serve basis. It's important you plan ahead and place our order with enough lead time.
I do have a rush order service, rush order prices vary from design to design, ask me before submitting your order.

What is a Custom Order:
Each custom order that I design starts with the drafting of an original pattern based on the client’s exact measurements.
The pattern is then cut by hand and sewn together.
For glitz, I use only genuine and original Swarovski® crystals imported from Austria.
These crystals are the best with an incredible sparkle with a brilliance that adds life to every design.
Each Swarovski stone is individually placed by hand and, depending on the design, glitz out an item can take several hours or many weeks to complete.
When you order a custom design by BelginBoutique.Com you are receiving a quality product, proudly made in America by me I put personal attention to every little detail, making a unique design for your little princess.

MEASUREMENTS:
For measurements you are welcome to send her chest circumference measurement and a dress length measurement from under the arm to the floor or desired length.

Payment policy
We accept all major credit cards via Etsy
Paypal only via your paypal debit card.
I will start working on your outfit upon completion of full payment.
Sales Policy:
*Your purchase is a contract – buy only if you're serious about buying the item under my Terms and conditions.
*Always buy in advance! I will be no response if the outfit does not arrive on time for your event.
*I will not be responsible if you send me wrong measurements for a custom set. I do not make any alterations.
*I check messages periodically and I try to respond promptly, in the event I don't respond to you I may be working on an outfit or with another customer but I will respond as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy:
I will send you the order as soon as the outfit is ready.
Shipment will be via USPS. Some larger items might be ship via UPS Ground service.
I recommend insurance and cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
Once the order is shipped, I will not be responsible for the transport status of the item, however, I will send you tracking number and shipping method so you can work with the post office if needed.

As a client, you are closely involved in the designing effort by collaborating with belgin boutique on the style, color and look of outfit you want so there are no surprises. In addition, However, a fee may be charged if you request a rework of the initially ordered design.
I will make the outfit for your little princess with the measures received, therefore, it's important you double check them before you send them.
I don't re-do; make alterations or make another set.
The outfit will be measured before shipping to ensure it matches the measurements received.
