This gorgeous little hat would be a great addition to any outfit to add a bit of whimsy and fun. It is made from a beautiful red and gold damask fabric, trimmed in gold conso gimp braid and fully lined. It features a gold satin ribbon band with a red and gold double bow, lovely hat pins, a metal clock face with movable hands, and red and gold feathers that move wonderfully.

Size: This is one of our medium sized mini top hats. The wee top hat itself measures about 3 ¾ inches tall, and the brim is 5 ¼ inches wide. The embellishments may extend further off the hat. Check out the last picture to see the size on a person.
How It's Worn: Each hat has an attached elastic band that is worn behind the head and under your hair (It will fit most teens and adults). The elastic band can easily be hidden in your hair, and we feel it is the most comfortable and secure option. This hat has a black band.
Our hats are handmade and created 100% from scratch from the pattern up, with the finest fabrics and embellishments, and we often upcycle items that we find delightful. Since they are all handmade, no two will be exactly alike.
All hats are ready to ship and are made in a smoke free home.
