This case is great for holding scrolls, maps, parchment, etc. plus writing utensils. It measures 9" long and about 2-2.5" diameter. It detaches from the belt loop for easy use.
One adjustment from the first pictures of the brown case (Medium Brown pictured) is that I now put two D rings to clip to on a wider piece that goes on your belt as seen in the last picture. This allows for less swinging when walking. I also put the lobster claw clips directly onto the case so there's not a long strap making it hang too low. The sides are sewn a little tighter also rather than laced.
Various borders may be crafted instead of the oval or eye one that is pictured. Many stamp and border options are available and can be seen in my samples section of my shop.
