The centrepiece of this hinged bracelet is an antique Elgin watch movement, circa 1899. It is a lovely warm gold in tone with beautifully engraved writing and intricate decorative engraving as well on the balance cock. It is embellished with a layering of gears in it's centre and topped by a ruby chip from another watch movement. Accenting it further is a vintage stone and three clear, sparkling Swarovski crystals. The vintage stone changes colours as it moves in the light, showing brilliant aqua, green, blue and deep blue-violet around the edges.
Flanking the watch movement are two flower filigrees topped by vintage watch spring casings and two more of the same vintage stones.
This is a hinged bracelet, which means that one half pulls away from the back of the centrepiece to open for easy on/off. It's inner circumference measures 6 3/4". The watch movement is 1 1/8" in diameter.
