Elegant Spider Sculpture "Jean Claude" is made of
Antique and vintage b

rass clock parts, such as gears and clock hands
and old belt leather
Jean Claude is 18 cm long and 5 cm high

The inspiration story for this artwork:
The Apocalypse is now. Entities that survived, build their own new bodies using found objects to conta

in their conciseness…
Four of them decided to build their bodies as spiders. They found themselves landed at my shop…

Personal note:
I love genuine leather, but I hate the idea

of killing animals for my art
So I use only recycled leather which I take out of goods that I find at Flea markets and fairs
