Overflowing with details, texture and rich colour, this steampunk fan
tasy piece is all about being eye-catchingly pretty, rather than being about keeping accurate time.It begins with a large decorative gear, which is double glazed to give it a corroded texture and antique bronze colour. It is embellished with ruby chips around its perimeter and topped with a vintage watch dial. The dial is decorated with a variety of tiny vintage gears, and an assemblage in its centre that culminates in oversized clock hands. The clock hands are coated with both a gold and an iridescent glaze for a bit of sparkle. Topping the hands is a sparkling amber Swarovski crystal.
From the base of the large gear dangles a vintage key. The key is topped with a decorative bronze -toned clo
ck hand, large variety of both vintage and antique gears, a vintage Rose/Topaz AB cabochon glowing in tones of rose, gold, and aqua, and another amber Swarovski crystal.The reverse sides of both portions of this pendant are completed with brass blanks for a nicely finished appearance.
The two part pendant measures 3 3/4" in length x 1 1/8" in width and is equipped with a lovely 23" bronze-toned metal beaded chain.
