NOT IN STOCK: This hat is a costume-quality hat with felt covering. It is one-size and has more width than needed, so can be squeezed somewhat if you need more front to back length. It fits my oval 22 inch head fine.
The hat is embellished with a variety of metal gears, keys, hat pin, chain & leather belt.
Similar hats can also be custom made and price varies with materials, real hats starting at 50$ for just the hat, costume hats $5-25, brocade trim being $5-10/yard, exotic feathers ranging from $3.50-16.50. I can also include your own embellishments if you care to send them to me, or point them out at Amazon.
