This is a "Persian/Oriental Time Traveler" inspired design and modified from an original concept piece. The bail loops that's attached to the pin fastener in the back makes this a dual-purpose piece. It can be a brooch or a pendant for a necklace by slipping a ribbon, cord or chain thru the bail loops. I've got extremely interesting brass pieces that give a feel of something from the ancient Orient. A Persian "winged" Sword and Fan brass piece is beautifully detailed. The focal timepiece is made with a vintage clockface image set under a glass dome cabochon and lay in a brass pendant tray. The vintage clockface is a digital artwork under a glass dome cabochon. It is NOT a working clock. Two gun metal tone coils of wire adds movement and interest to the design and significant to the "story" of this piece. Various stamped metal and real vintage clock gears are carefully placed in the design. All pieces are brass and sits upon a framework of 12 gauge coiled brass toned wire that has been hammered. Swarovski Crystals gives added sparkle and elegance to this beautiful piece.
