There are three sizes of sewing pattern included with adjustable drawstring waistband to fit from a 20" waist up to a 40" waist (the petticoat pattern is easy to make bigger if required)
Approx length 36"
Material required:
White cotton or polycotton fabric,
if all in the same fabric (petticoat and frills) then 4.6M of 48" (120 cm) or 60" (150cm) wide fabric.
For a main skirt body with different fabric frills, then you need 2M for frills and 2.6M for main skirt body,
white cotton tape 1" (2.5cm) wide x 7 yards (6.5 m),
plastic covered steel boning 1/2" (12 -13mm) wide x 1.5 m,
waistband tape or white interfacing,
white lacing cord and sewing thread,
erasable fabric marking pen.
