The Thoughts necklace makes a beautiful subtle statement to its wearer placed just below the collar-bone, and adds to a vintage or bohemian fashion. This pendant follows the Steampunk era. It is composed of pieces of a very old letter salvaged by the maker, a small, antique fountain pen nib given to him by his beloved and tiny watch gears forever preserved in clear resin.
This piece is made from oxidized silver metal disc, lead-free solder, brass wire wrappings, tiny watch gears, paper, patina, resin, dark silver silk twine, an opaque grey marbled stone bead accent, a thick leather neck cord with lobster lock. It also has an extra two inches chain for length adjustment. This item is also finished with a nice clear glaze to protect the skin.
