The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I don´t accept cancellation , but exchange gladly . I will need notice from you within 14 days from arrival.
CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT be exchanged due to the special nature of them.
But should there be any mistakes the garment can be send back for corrections .
Notice of any defaults shall be mentioned latest 48 hours after received package , and styles returned in the same condition . Cost of sending back is on the buyer .
