All our jewellery is crafted to the highest possible standards. In the event your item is damaged in posting we will replace or refund. If you accidently break your item, we offer a repair service and you will only be charged component and postage costs.
Care of 925 silver/ plated jewellery; water and chemicals can cause glues and hypo-allergenic varnishes to break down, therefore we recommend you do not wear your jewellery in the bath/shower or swimming pools ect. If you wish to clean your jewellery
please use a specialised cleaning cloth available from your local jeweller or online. Never use liquid cleaners. Do not expose glass photo pendants to water.
