The pocket watch was actually a stainless steel keychain piece. I tore it apart, then applied a faux copper finish with verdigris. The watch has a double glass face with a green liquid inside. I thought that worked well to give a steampunk feel to the piece. The face was printed on transparency and layered in two pieces, then glued to the glass with Diamond Glaze.
Oh my gosh. I LOVE THIS. I’ve been looking for something like this for the longest time. Would you want to do a private swap with me on swap-bot for something similar?
