Steampunk ruffle shorts in an awesome brown acid wash finish for that post-apocalyptic Burning Man glow. I LOVE the finish on this fabric, it looks like antique leather and the wash highlights and darkens the seams and ruffles. This would be beautiful mixed with leather boots or aged elements. Classic ruffled booty shorts in stretchy cotton lycra with a fold over waistband have such an easy fit. I'm a 'medium' but all 4 sizes fit my 39" hips. You can choose based on if you like your 'true to size fit', or super tight and shorter, or easy stretch and longer with the bigger sizes. The fold over waist band lets you adjust for your waist, so think primarily in terms of hip/butt size.

Small ~ fullest part of hip/butt = 34" stretching to 40", high hip is 29" stretching to 36"
Medium ~ fullest part of hip/butt = 36" stretching to 44", high hip is 32" stretching to 38"
Large ~ fullest part of hip/butt = 39" stretching to 49", high hip is 33" stretching to 40"
XL ~ fullest part of hip/butt = 40" stretching to 52", high hip is 34" stretching to 43"
