A lovely example of a "deluxe" pair of bloomers: about 10 yards of lace went into these, and they have ribbon rows down each side that end in perky bows. The fabric is 100% cotton, and each seam is serger-finished. There are 2 rows of swimwear elastic in the channeled waistband and each thigh is cinched by machine onto swimwear elastic.
This pair sits low on the waist and is pretty small. The waist (low waist, more like hip) is abut 24 inches unstretched and stretches to about 39 inches
