Shake your tail feather with this Blue Moon Designs exclusive – the LIGHT-UP bustle! Made from cream tulle and organza, brocade, chiffon, and lace scraps in shades of buttercream and yellow , the bustle is designed to be tied around the waist with the ribbon tie, and will accommodate a generous waistline up to approximately ~48-50". Stitched into the bustle is a string of amber LED lights powered by 3 AA batteries. The bustle also features a secret pocket which rests against the wearer's derriere, which houses the battery pack for the lights.
