This skirt is made from a combination of a silky black satin and a romantic gothic americana style floral print fabric. The very front features the gorgeous black floral print, and is gathered up on the right and left sides creating the traditional style cinched sides of the bustle. The back of the skirt is multi-layered delight and features mulitple rows of ruffles, with a traditional hand bustled layer at the very top, giving the hips and waist a flattering and slinky shape. Wear it up high around the waist or down lower at the hips, this skirt is a sultry Victorian dream, perfect for any one who wants to get a little catty :3
The waistband was sewn with elastic and will stretch to fit waist/hip measurements of 27" up to 36" around, and the bustle measures about 29" at the very longest point in the back. The front of the skirt measures roughly 15" long at the shortest points on the right and left sides where the fabric is gathered, and the center of the skirt in the very front measures about 18" from top to bottom hem.
