The upside – Ideal for people around size 10 – 14.
Im a ‘large 16!’ or if you are a small size 16 with a flat tummy you should be ok.
I do have a large tummy. This belt will be great when I have lost a little weight as the velcro ends will stay in place better and it goes really well with my style of clothing.
The downside – You cannot ajust the middle as the laces are fixed.

I’m a size 14 and it was rather tight on me I have to say – but it sure pulled everything in!!
I was concerned that the Velcro would give but it didn’t – strong stuff!
I couldn’t imagine wearing it all day as it was very tight – but ideal for a costume party/night out!
