Steampunk red satin handmade top hat with black & red spiral glasses/goggles on front of hat 1x black ostrich & 4 x natural pheasant feathers on side with a real metal clock wheel spring. Red & black satin ribbon is tied around centre of hat tied into bow at back which then trails down. Clock cogs are on other side of hat & springs & a brass key hangs from top.
