This amazing device is based on a priciple of being able to store the necessary energy needed to create light and then to use it when needed. However, this illuminator uses some of the latest techniques to miniaturise the necessary internal components to enable this to take place.
Three tiny energy cells previously imbued with electrical vigour supply the required force to a single highly powered light ray emitter which is activated by the simple action of twisting the front retaining collar. The exterior case of this device is both strong, yet fully in keeping with the genre.
A copper cylinder houses this modern magic, using it's surface to mount the exterior components with hand turned brass end caps and hanging ring providing a means of securely retaining this device against loss.
This beautifully hand made and original item weighs a mere 2 ounces, (60g), is 21/2 inches (65mm) long and 7/8 inches, (22mm) in diameter.
