The “O” Man Jam give the listener a copper plated experience of alternative Victoriana. A skyline of Jules Verne (alright Jules was French) amphibious airships named ‘Nimrod’ and the ill starred Genevieve, perhaps? An essay of an H.G. ‘Wellsian’ character in ‘Breakinsanity’ and the almost Beatles (Magical Mystery Tour, methinks] flavour of ‘Lucy’ are shimmering ingots of brass and copper
‘geared’ up nicely. Steampunk aficionados would do well to savour these musical inventions.
There are five extra tracks on this release which add to the eclectic brew.
