All my Steampunk hats are made with real clock and watch parts making each hat a unique work of art. Each hat is hand made after you make your purchase and may vary slightly.
This hat is made on a small size hat frame about 20 1/2" – 21" inches for the head size. . It is designed to sit on top of the head. The hat comes with an elastic band you pull under the nap of the neck or under your hair. It looks great sitting at a slight angle.
It does take about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to receive one of my hats. I use USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground.
International buyers should send me a message for shipping prices. It does normally take on average 3 weeks to receive at most international destinations. I am not responsible for any customs fees. I ship US Priority International or Global Express…….NO First Class International.
Returns are accepted as long as you notify me with in 5 days after receipt of your hat and it is not as described.
