This one-of-a-kind handmade statement necklace hearkens back to Victorian style, which combined the delicacy of pearls and flowers with ornate
metalwork. The base (approximately 4.25" across) is made from brass that looks like gold-dipped lace. It has been embellished withantique gears, a cream colored rose, and a lovely cameo.
