This is a lovely white blouse with black edging on the pleated ruffles. So 80's and 90's style. Yet this great blouse can be worn with your steampunk, denim or tapestry jackets and blazers, or with vests and jeans. This pretty romantic piece would look great with a black maxi skirt or low neck dress. This is a great top to add to your vintage wardrobe collection. The fabric is polyester and it is a Roxen Road Designer brand. The size is a 40. The length of the blouse is 28", sleeve length is 25", bust is 46", waist is 46" and the hip is 48". There is an imperfection near the bust as shown in the last photo, so I have reduced the price.
