This keyring features a 19th century medical illustration of a skull (exact source unknown). The picture is covered with a 30 mm dia clear glass dome cabochon, set in a 3.8 dia antique bronze pendant tray, and attached to an antique bronze finish keyring chain. Total length of the keyring is 10.5cm.
