   Would really recommend if your considering buying, bought it for a steampunk costume, very happy with it.

   The skirt is lovely but there is very limited movement on the waist. I think it needs something like elastic to aid getting it on.

   Looks nice, it fit well and was very stretchy, however the material is cheap and the seams rip easily
