TURNAROUND TIME:
The production time is on average can be anywhere from 7-21 days I will correspond with you about the specific time.
We are based in Australia so you will be updated when & where item is shipped from. Please note I am made of human parts and no superhero parts have been installed to get your order shipped out in a blink of an eye. Perfection takes time and we only want the best to be shipped out.
If a super emergency of a rush order is required, I may cater to that request if it is possible. In order for this to happen, I have to take the magical green pill and work all night which means you will need to pay an added fee for this service. Always enquire first then purchase your edited listing made just for you, as there will always be a Queue of orders I must get through.
POSTAGE:

Why we use expensive postal services? This is to protect loss of item and can be tracked online. Do you wish to use cheaper postal services? Not really advisable and this service is with no registration or tracking, this becomes at your own risk. We want to avoid that icky sticky missing issue and can for 99.9% of the times.
The timeframe for shipment is to be counted after your production time has passed & I have notified you of your order.
DELIVERY:
Premade items: posted out within 1-5 days after transaction has been completed.
If custom order then 1-4 weeks may be required.
