DESCRIPTION:
This is an incredibly unique pair of Steampunk goggles created from a ressurected pair of WILLSON vintage goggles. As you can see, this particular pair has very dark green tinted glass. This is the only pair of this particular design we've EVER seen in the many years we've been selling goggles. Certainly a rare and wonderful find. These goggles were constructed with incredibly dark green tinted lenses that are held within large, wide frames constructed from a wooden material with silver wire on either end that supports the earpieces. Without intending to, Willson has created one of the coolest pairs of Steampunk goggles we have ever seen… Willson, of course, makes rock-solid goggles that withstand the test of time and this pair is in fantastic condition. This pair really has unique and exquisite good looks that will be the perfect compliment to your Steampunk wardrobe.

CONDITION:

LENSES:
The lenses on this pair of goggles are in excellent condition. There is the odd nick here and there, and even some nicks on the inside of the glass, but overall the glass is spectacularly smooth and clean. There is nothing significant enough to be seen when you are wearing these goggles. When you put these on you will enjoy crystal clear viewing through lenses that are in amazing condition for their age.

FRAMES:
The frames are in perfect condition. There are no structural flaws on these frames at all – they are as strong and solid as the day they were made. As mentioned, these frames are a very wide rimmed wooden material. At each end of the frames is a piece of thick, curved silver wire and, as you can see from the photos, this appears to be brand new, with a bright silver gleam that looks as though these spectacles were just manufactured. Absolutely gorgeous and the wooden nature of the frames makes for one of the coolest looking pair of Steampunk goggles you will ever see. This is a one-of-a-kind look that will have heads turning when you enter the room.

EARPIECES:
The earpieces also look to be brand new. I am guessing that these goggles were seldom, if ever worn. Everything about these glasses looks like it is nearly new. All aspects are truly exceptional, including the earpieces which are stock straight as though just made, and they are extremely sturdy, with a protective coated for added comfort and durability. This is a pair of goggles you will treasure always.

MEASUREMENTS:
The goggles measure approximately 130mm wide from hinge to hinge and the lenses measure approximately 47mm high, including the frames – please consider the dimensions when selecting any pair of goggles, and if you have a question please don't hesitate to ask.

* Please remember, these goggles feature professional frames and the lenses can be removed and replaced with custom prescription lenses or lenses with a different tint by any reputable optician.

If you are thinking, "Wow, I've never seen this style of Steampunk goggles before…", we were thinking the exact same thing as well. This is highly unusual and it may be years, may be never that we find another pair like this.
