I made this hat with a sheer beaded fabric sewn over a brown satin fabric. It has a gold satin sash, gold organza flower, a lovely pin and some 'floating' beads. It gets it's steampunk look from the the arrangement of gears, cogs and clock hands. A vintage looking key also peeks out from behind the flower.
This hat was designed with a moldable, sewn in wire brim for a perfect shape.

• The ready to ship hat comes with a black elastic. If you would rather have a white elastic,
please specify in buyer's notes.
• How to wear a mini top hat: the elastic headband should be BEHIND your head, under your
hair, not under your chin (i do not recommend wearing it that way).
• Due to the handmade nature of my items, slight variations may occur.
