This is a beautiful vintage ensemble from around the 1970s or early 80s.
This must be a designer label, but it is cut off. This is a two piece outfit, with a very Victorian style blouse, and a high waisted, long skirt.
The fabric is sheer, silk organdy or organza in dark blue. It has cut out lace inserts and embroidery.
The skirt is lined, but the blouse is totally sheer. The blouse has a high waist, and buttons up in back and on the cuffs.
The skirt has a hidden, flat hook closure and zipper in back, and has the same lace inserts and embroidery near the hem.
This is a gorgeous vintage ensemble, that could pass for a real Victorian era gown!
