   Would really recommend if your considering buying, bought it for a steampunk costume, very happy with it.

   Wonderful skirt. I got the L but did come small. But if you undo the top bit where the ribbon meets the top. Re ordered the xxL keeping the L as I’m on a really good diet so I can always have this skirt even if I lose the weight. Everything about this skirt is amazing love it

   The look and feel of the skirt is great. However whilst it fitted ok on the waist and thighs the hips were tight . I did go up a size as had read other reviews that sizes came up small. Had time allowed I would have returned skirt and gone up another size again .
